About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive our expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. This role integrates strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable, market-aligned growth and strengthen our premium brand presence—with a focus on meeting the high standards of the KSA automotive sector.
Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive research into KSA’s automotive market environment, including regulatory frameworks (e.g., SASO, MCI), consumer behavior patterns, and competitive dynamics.

Develop mid-to-long-term sales goals, localized marketing strategies, and pricing models tailored to regional demand, and lead end-to-end execution to achieve quarterly/annual targets.

Establish and scale a localized sales team aligned with KSA’s business landscape.

Define clear, measurable performance metrics (e.g., sales volume, client retention rate), deliver regular industry-specific training (e.g., NEV technical knowledge, premium customer service), and foster a results-driven culture that prioritizes consistency and excellence.

Collaborate closely with internal departments (product supply, after-sales, procurement) to secure region-specific resources, ensuring seamless coordination across the entire customer lifecycle—from order placement to post-delivery support—to meet KSA’s high service expectations.

Proactively monitor KSA’s political, economic, and legal developments (e.g., policy updates on NEVs, import regulations).

Identify potential risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes) and develop robust contingency plans, ensuring full compliance with local laws, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (MBA is preferred).

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for engaging with local stakeholders.

Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales management experience in the automotive sector, with at least 3 years focused on the KSA market.

A proven track record of leading large-scale teams to exceed sales targets in a competitive regional landscape is required.

Strong leadership capabilities, including experience designing and implementing talent development programs and incentive systems for local teams.

Prior experience overseeing multi-regional sales operations within the Middle East is highly desirable.

Established network of high-profile clients (e.g., corporate fleets, high-net-worth individuals) in KSA’s automotive sector, with expertise in translating sales strategies into tangible results (e.g., growing market share, improving client lifetime value).
