Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing Tilal’s sales strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. This role leads and mentors the sales team, oversees sales operations across all projects, and collaborates with marketing and development to drive growth. The Sales Manager ensures compliance with company policies, maintains accurate CRM data, and provides regular performance reports while building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Develops the annual sales plan including the key performance indicators: Sales targets, targeted (new & existing) customers, needed resources and budget, targeted products, expected sales volume, and expected profits, ensuring alignment with the company strategy and goals.

Develops Sales Operating Manual, monitors its implementation and makes sure that they are clearly updated and transmitted to their subordinates, according to business requirements.

Sales Strategy & Planning:
Contribute to the formulation of an overall strategy for the Company and play a role in the corporate decision making on a continuing basis.
Develop short and long term sales plans, which will provide for the realization of the Company's strategic objectives.

Drive the sales strategy and execution across all Tilal’s projects.

Manages the sales process from the negotiation phase through deal closure, ensuring profitability, healthy product mix, and customer satisfaction.

Operate and facilitate all sales centers by making sure that they are sufficiently staffed.

Implement the sales policies and procedures and ensure that his /her staff complies with the company’s regulations.

Leads and mentors the sales team to achieve both their and departmental monthly and annual revenue targets.

Responsible for preparing periodic sales reports that detail actual performance compared to established targets, as well as calculating sales commissions.

Work closely with marketing and development teams to create effective sales materials, promotional campaigns, and tailored marketing content to Works on developing and updating the customer list and directs and assists the sales team to create awareness and need for the company products, develop new business opportunities, and approach potential clients.

Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to inform business development strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales performance and ensure the sales staff complies with the company’s regulations.

Conduct performance appraisal sessions with the subordinates and ensure that the performance evaluation process is carried out on time and in an efficient and objective manner.

Conduct daily morning sales meetings.

Review the monthly sales roster to ensure that the office is efficiently staffed at all times.

Develop and maintain relationships with end-users, investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients. And resolve customer complaints then provide details and recommendations for management consideration

Set the development plans and training needs for the immediate subordinates and follow up on the execution of the allocated training/program and evaluate its success. Also Conduct regular CRM training sessions and audits to maintain data accuracy and adherence to CRM best practices.

Ensure that the sales team consistently updates and utilizes the CRM system to track leads, manage client interactions, and improve sales forecasting.

Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to implement a structured process for CRM reporting to enhance visibility on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and follow-up activities.

Conduct performance appraisal sessions with the subordinates and ensure that the performance evaluation process is carried out on time and in an efficient and objective manner.

Set the development plans and training needs for the immediate subordinates and follow up on the execution of the allocated training/program and evaluate its success.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Professional Settings:
-
8-10 years of professional experience in sales, within the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Should be able to formulate sales strategies, assist in identifying markets for potential buyers and develop plans.

Should be self-motivated with an aggressive and a positive attitude forwards sales and marketing.

Can demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, both orally and in writing.

Saudi Arabia real estate market experience

Previous experience with NHC projects

Proven background in developing and executing strategies and plans

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
