We are currently looking for a '' Sales Director'' for our client operating in the FMCG industry.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and execute a holistic sales strategy covering both domestic and international markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower the national sales organization and distribution network to exceed commercial objectives.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with key accounts, distributors, on-trade partners, and modern trade channels.
  • Drive new business development initiatives aligned with the brand’s heritage, premium positioning, and growth ambitions.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure commercial alignment and consistent brand execution.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, pricing structures, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies proactively.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting processes; present strategic insights to the executive leadership team.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Min 20 years of progressive commercial and sales leadership experience in FMCG or beverages.
  • Deep understanding of the Turkish beverage landscape and hands-on experience in the export market.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams and distributor networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
