📍 Based between Dubai & Islamabad | 💰 AED 9,200/month + OTE up to AED 120,000/year | 🌍 Global BPO – Financial Services, Real Estate & Customer Support

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing global BPO operating across financial services, real estate, and customer service sectors. You’ll split your time between our Islamabad office during the week and Dubai on weekends , helping manage client relationships, motivate sales teams, and drive performance across multiple verticals.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional who’s equally confident in client meetings as they are on the sales floor. You’ll be the link between our international clients and on-ground delivery teams—ensuring expectations are met, targets are exceeded, and service levels stay world-class.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee client relationships across our financial services, real estate, and customer support operations—ensuring full satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Lead and motivate sales and call centre teams in Islamabad to hit revenue and performance goals.
• Develop sales strategies to grow our client base and expand service offerings.
• Report on performance metrics , campaign ROI, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with Dubai HQ to align targets, implement best practices, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Coach and develop team leaders and agents , fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or BPO leadership (financial services or real estate sector experience highly valued).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results .
• A natural communicator—confident in dealing with clients at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment .
• Flexibility to travel regularly between Islamabad and Dubai .
• Highly organised with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
