Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for domestic and export markets.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the national sales team and distribution partners to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, on-trade venues, and retail chains.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities in line with the brand’s heritage and premium positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial alignment.
  • Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activity to adapt sales tactics effectively.
  • Oversee sales budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to the executive board.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 20 years of sales experience in the beverage or FMCG industry, ideally within alcoholic beverages or spirits.
  • Strong knowledge of the Turkish beverage market and familiarity with export operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English
