Job Purpose
The Sales Director is tasked with establishing and articulating sales objectives while formulating strategies to achieve these goals. This role encompasses the preparation of comprehensive sales reports, the cultivation of mutually beneficial relationships, and the oversight of the training of new employees, in addition to the ongoing development of existing team members.
Principal Accountabilities

Set weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives that align with the overall sales strategy.

Regularly monitor progress towards these goals through scheduled meetings with team members.

Provide consistent follow-up and coaching to team members, with the primary aim of helping them reach their full sales potential; supporting and motivating the sales team is crucial for success in this role.

Inspire others to excel in a sales environment.

Design and implement training programs that equip sales members with the skills necessary to attract and retain customers through continuous coaching.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Commercial Director and CEO.

Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients to ensure satisfaction and promote future business opportunities and referrals.

Develop the company’s sales strategy to meet or exceed targets.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights.

Analyze sales trends and results, generating timely reports.

Drive growth by effectively managing the sales team to achieve targets.

Craft and execute a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and solidifies its market presence.

Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.

Coach team members to realize their full potential, fostering a supportive and motivational environment.

Train the sales team in techniques for building rapport, ensuring client trust, and consistently closing sales.

Oversee the sales team, addressing any challenges that arise and ensuring sales goals are met.

Exhibit strong communication and leadership skills, effectively engaging with clients, sales team members, and other managers.

Qualifications & Experience

BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Professional experience of 10 to 12 years.

Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

Proficiency in English is required.
