Sales Director

We are seeking a highly driven and visionary *Sales Director* to lead our real estate division and drive the next phase of company growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and business development within the Dubai property market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong market expertise, exceptional leadership abilities, and an established network of agents, investors, and clients. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, expanding market presence, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

## Key Requirements

⁠ ⁠Minimum *8+ years* of proven experience in real estate sales

⁠ ⁠Strong experience managing and leading high-performing sales teams

⁠ ⁠Existing and active network/team of real estate agents preferred

⁠ ⁠Proven success in developing and executing effective sales strategies

⁠ ⁠Strong business development and revenue growth capabilities

⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills

⁠ ⁠Ability to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets

⁠ ⁠Professional, confident, and results-oriented personality

⁠ ⁠In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market

⁠ ⁠Strong investor and client relationships highly preferred

## Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Lead, manage, and expand the company’s real estate sales operations

⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share

⁠ ⁠Recruit, mentor, and motivate sales agents to achieve top performance

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, and clients

⁠ ⁠Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas

⁠ ⁠Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs

⁠ ⁠Represent the company professionally within the real estate market

⁠ ⁠Contribute to long-term company growth and business success

## Salary & Benefits
