Position: Sales Director
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month + Team Override + Commission

Nest Hunters Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead, mentor, and grow our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
• Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and leading a sales team.
• Proven experience in real estate sales management in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
