Job Description:
As the 'Sales Director', you will play a pivotal role in driving ISS Türkiye’s commercial success. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Management:
- Ensuring the sustainability and improvement of the management system in alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and quality policies.
2. Team Leadership:
- Managing and planning the targets of sales specialists under your supervision.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of your team members, offering coaching and mentorship as needed.
3. Customer and Contract Management:
- Overseeing the execution of contracts signed between ISS and its clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any challenges proactively.
4. Sales and Business Development:
- Leading short, medium, and long-term sales activities in line with company goals and strategies.
- Identifying and acquiring potential portfolios while managing existing ones.
- Planning and executing sales development activities.
- Actively visiting clients and conducting field sales.
5. Innovation and Project Management:
- Identifying field needs and implementing appropriate sales and marketing projects.
- Managing the sales processes of projects with global and key account potential.
- Generating and leading new projects across Türkiye, particularly in active sales.
6. Value-Based Offer Management:
- Preparing proposals aligned with ISS’s values and managing the offer lifecycle.
- Converting high-potential customers into key accounts and overseeing the entire process.
