Sales Director Computer Hardwae / KSA site

Job Description

· Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

· Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

· Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities.

· Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company.

· Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales representatives to improve performance.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the hardware industry and least 5 years managerial level.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.

· Willingness to travel as required.
