Sales Director, Fragrance Primary Packaging

Are you a strategic and technical Sales leader who can drive B2B business growth?

Do you have all the right contacts to open up new business across Middle East markets?

This is a very special opportunity for an impressive B2B Sales professional with hands-on experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council markets. In this strategic role with a global packaging innovation company, you will spearhead fragrance packaging expansion across the Middle East, building presence and profits within the thriving beauty and fragrance sector.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the company's Brand and Commercial Ambassador across the region
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for fragrance packaging across the Middle East
  • Build a pipeline of regional fragrance brands, niche houses, and contract manufacturers
  • Lead the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver custom packaging solutions
  • Provide sales forecasting, margin analysis, and strategic account reporting
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client meetings
  • Identify emerging trends to inform product innovation and development

Candidate Requirements:

  • Significant experience in B2B sales, including primary fragrance packaging, and strong contacts within the Middle East fragrance industry
  • Technical understanding of component materials and decoration processes
  • Experience of working with SMEs and extended sales cycles
