Sales Director "Medical Industry"

  • JOB SUMMARY

As the Sales Director, you will drive commercial leadership and strategic execution globally. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional and country's commercial agenda, with a strong emphasis on sales performance (targets), cost management, product mix, and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement operational plans that align with the overall business strategy and tactical objectives. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture within your team.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Performance Accountability: Oversee and drive global sales performance, ensuring alignment with budgetary and growth objectives
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team, establishing clear roles and objectives to foster competitive advantage and drive business success.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control costs related to commercial activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet operational goals within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with key external partners to enhance market access and business opportunities.
  • Market Access Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize market access and penetration, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards and foster a culture of integrity, ensuring that all business practices reflect the company's values
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including coaching and development initiatives, to enhance team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics to assess sales performance, facilitating regular feedback loops and proactive communication for ongoing enhancements.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other related responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager to support business objectives.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine/Pharmacy & Dental or Relevant field
  • MBA or Other relevant high-graduate qualifications are a plus
  • 10 -15 Years in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience in Medical device
