Revenue Generation & Business Development

  • Drive bookings and revenue across diverse segments such as wellness retreats, group bookings, brand collaborations, and seasonal packages.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, expanding the property s reach in experiential and eco-conscious travel markets.

Sales Strategy & Market Insight

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with the property s unique positioning and market trends.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and emerging segments.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with key partners including DMCs, tour operators, lifestyle brands, wellness curators, and corporate clients.
  • Deliver a personalised, consultative sales approach to nurture long-term client loyalty and maximise repeat business.

Collaboration & Experience Integration

  • Work closely with marketing and on-site teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with brand campaigns and guest experience standards.
  • Support the development of unique experience packages that seamlessly combine adventure, wellness, and local culture.

Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimise sales efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to senior leadership.
