Job Description:

ArtHainti Prima is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct regular sales performance analysis and reporting to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
