Sales Manager – Real Estate Luxury Projects (Downtown, Sheikh Zayed Road Freehold Commercial & Residential; Affordable Luxury JVT & JVC Townhouses)

Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager withexperience in luxury real estate to lead our high-performing sales team. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep market knowledge, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to drive premium property sales. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies that position our luxury portfolio at the forefront of the market.


Major Tasks / Responsibilities


Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for luxury property offerings across Downtown, Sheikh Zayed Road, and affordable luxury projects in JVT & JVC.
  • Drive performance across the team to achieve and exceed high-value sales targets.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to motivate a results-oriented team.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to continuously optimise strategy.


High-Net-Worth Client RelationshipManagement:

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with HNWIs, VIP clients, and institutional investors.
  • Deliver personalised property consultations and premium service to meet elite client expectations.
  • Oversee end-to-end client journeys – from inquiry to deal closure and post-sale service.


Market Intelligence & Positioning:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis in the luxurysegment.
  • Identify emerging trends, niche buyer segments, and investment hotspots.
  • Work closely with marketing to align product positioning, pricing, and promotions with market demand.


Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Present accurate and timely sales forecasts, revenue reports, and team performance updates to senior management.
  • Set KPIs, track team productivity, and implement action plans for underperforming areas.

Maintain a high standard of reporting discipline using CRM andsales automation tools.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and executehigh-impact campaigns targeting luxurybuyers.
  • Coordinate with project development, design, and operations to ensure properties meet market expectations and client requirements.

Ensure seamless coordination for site visits, launches, andclient onboarding.


Strategic Growth & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities throughnetworking, referrals, and real estate expos.
  • Expand the brokerage network and partner alliances for greater market reach.

Support the leadership team in aligning sales initiatives with the company’s overall growth strategy.


Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and documentation standards specific to luxury real estate.
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate sales agreements and transaction records.

Implement systems for smooth, professional, and transparent sales processes.


Customer Experience & Feedback Loop:

  • Champion a white-glove service culture across the sales team.
  • Gather, analyse, and act upon customer feedback to refine offerings and service levels.

Leverage client insights to enhance the brand’s positioning in the luxury segment.



Requirements and Skills


Preferred Qualifications


  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in luxury property sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value transactions, including individual deals of AED 9 million and above.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market (Downtown, Sheikh Zayed Road, JVT, JVC), buyer psychology, and investment trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is a plus.


What We’re Looking For


  • 4–6+ years of proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury and high-value property transactions


  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-ticket deals ( AED 9M+ single transactions ) and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets


  • Solid understanding of the UAE and GCC luxury real estate markets; international exposure is a plus


  • Proven ability to engage and maintain strong relationships with a diverse, high-net-worth clientele


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a premium service approach


  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills with a high level of professionalism
