Ace Removal Services coordinates removal projects across multiple locations. We manage teams, schedules, and job execution through structured systems and clear communication.

We are hiring a Dispatcher to oversee field teams and ensure jobs are executed correctly from dispatch to completion.

This role requires strong organization, communication, and accountability.

Role Overview

As a Dispatcher, you are responsible for coordinating field teams, maintaining job flow, and ensuring clear communication between operations and the field.

You are the control point for daily execution

Primary Responsibilities

• Dispatch teams to scheduled removal jobs
• Coordinate arrival times and updates
• Communicate with field teams throughout the job
• Track job status inside the CRM
• Collect before and after photos
• Identify and escalate delays or issues
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule

Compensation

• 1099
• $20–$26/hour depending on experience
