Sales & Distribution Coordinator (OFFLINE SALES)

Role Overview: (0-3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Distribution Executive (Offline) to support and grow our offline retail and distribution presence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in offline sales, retail coordination, or distribution management. You will receive guidance and on-the-job training to understand and handle operations across our retail and distributor network.

-Calls to old stores & new stores
-Sales report for standalone & chain stores
-Coordinate on any delays, damages & shortages for clients
-Share updated catalogues , price list & order forms with clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing relationships with offline partners like baby stores, retail chains, standalone outlets, and distributors (PREMIUM BABY PRODUCTS)
• Coordinate with stores on stock movement, product availability, and order processing
• Support data collection from stores and help in preparing sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and promotional activities
• Conduct basic analysis of sales trends and suggest observations under guidance
• Assist in visual merchandising audits and store-level execution
• Participate in onboarding new stores and supporting existing partner accounts
• Visit stores/distributors to understand ground-level operations (fieldwork)

Must Have Skills:

• A graduate (any stream); MBA or commerce background is a plus
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, distribution, fieldwork, and coordination.
• Proactive in response to stores.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally or outstation occasionally

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
