The role combines advanced technical expertise with strong sales capabilities, focusing on demo-led selling, account growth, and business development across assigned brands and territory.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional product demos to drive sales and open new doors.

Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Manage and grow salon accounts through portfolio expansion and relationship management.

Introduce new brands and product lines into existing and new accounts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client opportunities.

Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Marketing, and Education teams.

Execute promotions, launches, and brand activities effectively in the market.
Requirements
✔ Certified technical professional (Hairdresser / Therapist / Technician depending on category)
✔ Strong experience in sales and professional beauty industry
✔ Ability to conduct technical demos and convert them into sales
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Commercial mindset with strong target orientation
✔ UAE driving license is mandatory
