Sales Educator - Skin

MADI International is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Educator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The role combines advanced technical expertise with strong sales capabilities, focusing on demo-led selling, account growth, and business development across assigned brands and territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional product demos to drive sales and open new doors.
  • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
  • Manage and grow salon accounts through portfolio expansion and relationship management.
  • Introduce new brands and product lines into existing and new accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Marketing, and Education teams.
  • Execute promotions, launches, and brand activities effectively in the market.

Requirements

✔ Certified technical professional (Hairdresser / Therapist / Technician depending on category)

✔ Strong experience in sales and professional beauty industry

✔ Ability to conduct technical demos and convert them into sales

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✔ Commercial mindset with strong target orientation

✔ UAE driving license is mandatory
