Sales Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer with solid experience in HVAC systems and a strong understanding of the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be well-connected with MEP contractors and capable of managing sales pipelines from lead generation to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors and MEP consultants

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the central AC sector

* Stay informed about ongoing and upcoming HVAC projects across the UAE

* Prepare and deliver technical presentations

* Analyze data and prepare detailed sales reports

* Submit regular performance and market feedback reports to management

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

* Meet and exceed sales targets

✅ Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC systems

* Strong network of MEP contractors and consultants in the UAE

* Familiarity with HVAC project cycles and market dynamics

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

* Strong reporting and communication skills

* Valid UAE driving license

* Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

* Engineering degree in Mechanical or related field preferred.
