Role Description

Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

Key account management skills and ability to prospect for new accounts within the assigned segment

Ability to manage large end user accounts and conduct continuous business development activities

Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
-
Working with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and specify relevant products
-
Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
-
Report on sales activity
-
Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up)

Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience of 2-4 years in selling to the construction / industrial vertical

Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
-
Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
-
Tactful and smart to handle clients objections and present solutions and options to close sales
-
Energetic and result orientated
-
Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients is a must.
