Vente is an import, distribution, and consulting company representing leading global HVAC-R brands across Türkiye, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. As we approach our 10th anniversary, we are strengthening our team and looking for a Sales Engineer who will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and representing our brands in the market.

Your role & responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, and customers
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers and potential distributors
• Conduct technical product demonstrations, training sessions, and field visits
• Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer experience
• Represent Vente at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events
• Prepare regular sales reports and share market insights with management

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a self-driven, technically-minded professional who can turn opportunities into results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2–6 years of experience in technical sales or business development (HVAC-R industry experience is highly preferred)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Analytical thinker with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel and an active driver’s license
