Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Engineers to join our expanding team in the Fire Doors, Glazing, and Special Products divisions. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical sales and marketing within the construction and building materials industry, with proven success in handling consultants, contractors, and developers across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Engineer – Fire Doors (Steel & Wood) & Hardware

  • Promote and sell fire-rated steel and wooden doors, frames, and related hardware systems.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Liaise with the estimation, design, and production teams to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely project follow-ups.

For Sales Engineer – Glazing (Steel & Aluminium)

  • Manage sales for architectural glazing systems including steel and aluminium facades, windows, and curtain walls.
  • Develop strong relationships with consultants and architects to get products specified in upcoming projects.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify project leads and competitor activity.
  • Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients.
  • Ensure timely coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.

For Marketing Engineer – Doors, Glazing & Special Products

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, and key clients.
  • Ensure company products are specified in project designs and tender documents.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase product visibility and brand positioning.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and technical workshops for consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Support sales teams with pre-sales marketing activities and technical documentation.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Fire Doors, Glazing, or Building Products.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction industry standards and project cycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
