We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Engineers to join our expanding team in the Fire Doors, Glazing, and Special Products divisions. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical sales and marketing within the construction and building materials industry, with proven success in handling consultants, contractors, and developers across the UAE.

Promote and sell fire-rated steel and wooden doors, frames, and related hardware systems.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within contractors, consultants, and developers.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations tailored to client requirements.

Liaise with the estimation, design, and production teams to ensure accurate project execution.

Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely project follow-ups.

Manage sales for architectural glazing systems including steel and aluminium facades, windows, and curtain walls.

Develop strong relationships with consultants and architects to get products specified in upcoming projects.

Conduct market analysis to identify project leads and competitor activity.

Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients.

Ensure timely coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, and key clients.

Ensure company products are specified in project designs and tender documents.

Develop marketing strategies to increase product visibility and brand positioning.

Conduct presentations, seminars, and technical workshops for consultants and project stakeholders.

Support sales teams with pre-sales marketing activities and technical documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Fire Doors, Glazing, or Building Products.

Strong knowledge of UAE construction industry standards and project cycle.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
