Sales Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer with an Architectural background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and client-handling skills to support business growth and deliver customized solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and technical offers to clients.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to provide accurate project solutions.
• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and project follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the construction or architectural industry.
• Strong understanding of building materials, design processes, and project workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
