Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of JCB machinery & equipment, Backhoe loaders and other construction machinery. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and target potential customers in the construction, mining, and industrial sectors. Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for JCB machinery & equipment.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner

Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of JCB products and their applications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Offer expert advice and technical support to customers.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Develop and implement effective sales reports to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers.
  • Ensure successful closure of deals and follow up on post-sale activities.
  • Coordinate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Collaboration & Training:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Share best practices and insights with the sales team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
