Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent sales skills to provide innovative solutions for our clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Consultation:
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements to propose tailored solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops.
  • Sales Activities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and present proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies to meet customer needs and secure sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Stay updated with the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Act as a technical advisor and advocate for customers, providing support during the sales process.
  • Customer Support:
  • Assist with technical issues during product implementation and integration.
  • Provide training and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Development:
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or customer-facing role, preferably as a Sales Engineer.
  • UAE Driving License is a must
  • Strong technical knowledge in Generators.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
