Sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Sales Engineer (Fresher) to support our construction-related product sales. The candidate will learn to understand client requirements, provide suitable technical solutions, and assist in achieving sales targets while developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s construction products, services, and solutions.
• Identify potential clients in construction, infrastructure, and contractor segments.
• Assist senior sales team members in preparing and delivering technical presentations.
• Support in generating leads, inquiries, and site visits.
• Collect customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and documentation.
• Maintain CRM records, follow up with customers, and support order closing.
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and consultants.
• Ensure timely reporting and support in after-sales activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of construction materials, equipment, or engineering concepts (preferred).
