Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Engineer based in Pune who will be responsible for business development client relationship management, and technical sales across Pune and surrounding industrial areas. This role is ideal for a technically sound and customer-focused individual who is passionate about engineering-based solutions and is comfortable traveling for client meetings, demos, and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pune and neighbouring regions (e.g., Chakan, Talegaon).
• Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Maintain sales reports, CRM data, and pipeline forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical or industrial sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Comfortable with regular travel in and around Pune.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Own vehicle preferred (travel reimbursement provided).

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Industrial Equipment. Any Product but Sales Experience required.
