Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development & Customer Engagement

• Generate high-quality sales leads through digital and physical channels

• Engage with existing and new industrial customers to promote company products

• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

• Work independently and proactively manage the sales pipeline

• Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi

• Handle sales of industrial flowmeters against other technologies (Vortex, Positive Displacement, Coriolis Mass, etc.)

• Understand industrial automation, process plants, engineering processes, and instrumentation applications

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and technical/commercial offers

• Create reports and documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Forecast, secure, renew, and negotiate orders while achieving assigned sales targets

• Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders, payments, and dispatch clearances

• Coordinate internally for order execution

• Prepare and issue Customer Project Completion Letters

• Track competitor pricing, market behavior, and industry developments

• Conduct regular customer visits across India

• Use own vehicle for local city visits as required

Qualification:

Mandatory

Engineering Graduate (BE / B.Tech/Diploma)

Good to have

MBA, Management Diploma, MTech/ME

Experience

5 TO 7 years of experience in Industrial / Technical / Engineering Sales

• Experience in instrumentation, automation, or industrial equipment sales preferred

Salary Range: 45k to 50K Per Month
