Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell third-party inspection, testing, and certification services

• Identify and develop new clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, and trading

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with inspection and technical teams

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferably experince and familer with NEOM sites and NEOM/AMALA/RED SEA network

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of inspection, quality control, or technical services is an advantage

• Ability to explain technical services clearly to clients

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred)

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or technical services is a plus

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

• Experience in sales or business development within inspection, testing, or engineering services is an advantage

Work Environment:

• Office-based with field visits to clients as required

• May involve travel to project sites or client locations
