Sales Engineer

Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling clay roof tiles, GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete), GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) products, and waterproofing systems across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in construction materials, technical product knowledge, and an established network within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, projects, and business leads across the UAE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project managers
• Conduct product presentations and technical meetings with clients
• Promote clay roof tiles, GRC/GRP architectural products, and waterproofing systems
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and submittals
• Provide basic technical support and product clarifications to clients
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales
• Track project pipelines and update management on sales progress
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales of construction materials / building materials in the UAE
• Technical understanding of roofing systems, GRC/GRP products, and waterproofing solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to meet consultants and contractors independently
• UAE market experience is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or related field is an advantage
