Sales Engineer :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the MEP, technical, or construction industry. The ideal candidate must have strong existing relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, and a solid technical background that supports consultative selling. The selected candidate will receive the specified monthly salary plus performance-based incentives upon achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction and MEP sectors.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.

Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate technical proposals.

Review project specifications, BOQs, and drawings to identify sales opportunities.

Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within MEP, technical, or construction industries.

Strong network and relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Technical background (Engineering degree preferred).

Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience working with project-based sales cycles.
