Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer – Indoor & Outdoor Sales to manage showroom inquiries as well as develop business through field sales activities in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and communication skills to promote products, support clients, and convert opportunities into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and showroom inquiries, presenting products and solutions professionally.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including visiting contractors, consultants, architects, and project sites.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and commercial proposals.
• Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate proposals and project execution.
• Maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Update CRM system and maintain client database.
• Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, showroom sales, or project sales.
• Experience in building materials, fit-out, façade systems, ELV, or architectural products is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and presentable personality.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Previous Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
