Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by providing technical expertise and solutions to customers. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand technical requirements, present products or services, and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and industries.
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure project feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits and technical presentations to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales technical support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related field).
  • Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them to clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales.
