Sales Engineer

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented, results-driven sales engineer with 5 years of experience specializing in industrial heat transfer solutions, including shell-and-tube, plate, and air-cooled heat exchangers. Proven ability to bridge technical expertise with consultative sales, resulting in a 15% increase in revenue and improved client retention rates. Expert in technical proposal development, heat load calculations, and providing customized solutions for oil and gas, chemical, and power sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project and company goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Learn and develop new skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
  • Developed technical and commercial proposals for custom-engineered heat exchangers, achieving a 10% win rate in competitive tenders.
  • Conducted thermal design calculations using HTRI to meet strict client specifications for oil and gas projects.
  • Built and maintained strong client relationships with EPC contractors, resulting increase in repeat business.
  • Reduced project bidding turnaround time by implementing standardized technical data sheets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolved technical issues related to exchanger fouling, reducing client downtime.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Hardworking enough to produce results and achieve targets.
