Sales / Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high volume of prospecting i.e. achieving daily quota of 100+ cold calls, leveraging specific lead triggers.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to identify pain points in a prospect's current IT infrastructure or digital presence.
  • Schedule and lead detailed technical meetings with clients, bridging the gap between a prospect's problem and DevBunch’s software solutions.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle for SMEs and specific service tiers. You are responsible for handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
  • Achieve a set quota of authentic Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) booked and conducted meetings.
  • Maintain a rigorous follow-up cadence (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) for "Warm Leads" via CRM/Google Sheets to ensure no opportunity stalls.
