Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in architectural or interior fit-out projects to drive business growth in acoustic ceiling solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales abilities with technical knowledge to deliver tailored solutions to clients across the UAE.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design, fit-out, and construction sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for acoustic ceiling systems.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Technical Expertise

• Recommend suitable acoustic ceiling solutions based on project requirements.
• Interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams to meet client needs.

Project Coordination

• Support project execution from sales handover to installation completion.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and installation teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and support.
• Address client concerns and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Sales Reporting

• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in construction, fit-out, or building materials.
• Experience in acoustic ceiling systems or related products is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
