Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically strong and target-driven Sales Engineer to support business growth in Saudi Arabia. The candidate must have experience in steel structures, PEB, fabrication, or construction projects, with the ability to handle both technical and commercial aspects of project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in KSA market
  • Meet clients, consultants, and contractors to promote company services
  • Understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Prepare BOQ, quotations, and techno-commercial proposals
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and production teams
  • Participate in tendering process, pre-bid meetings, and negotiations
  • Follow up on leads and convert into confirmed projects
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Track project pipeline and provide weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3–7 years experience in sales within steel fabrication / PEB / construction industry
  • Strong experience in Saudi Arabia market (preferred)
  • Good understanding of steel structure, PEB, or industrial projects
  • Ability to read drawings, BOQ, and specifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Valid driving license (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in PEB, structural steel, façade, or industrial construction sales
  • Knowledge of pricing, costing, and estimation basics
  • Familiarity with tender portals and project tracking tools
  • Arabic language skills (added advantage)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly / Quarterly sales target achievement
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate from inquiry to order
  • Value of projects secured
  • Client satisfaction and retention
