Sales Engineer - Arabic Speaker - Heavy Equipment

About the Role:

GTHE is looking for results-driven Arabic speaking Sales Engineer with solid experience in the heavy equipment industry. This role will be reporting into the National Sales Manager and based in our Dubai Office. You will be responsible for promoting, selling and supporting a portfolio of premium Equipment under the Genie Aerial Lift Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in assigned territory across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct client visits, product demos and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry in UAE.
• Arab national with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, customer segments, and territory mapping.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven, organized, and willing to travel frequently across the region.
