Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in architectural products and fit-out projects to join our Qatar team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project-based sales, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive business growth in the construction and fit-out sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to follow up on project progress.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company objectives.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in architectural or fit-out sales, preferably in the Qatar market.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client portfolios.
- Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in aluminum, façade, or interior fit-out sectors.
- Established network with consultants and contractors in Qatar.
