Sales Engineer – Bearings

About the Role:

The position of “Sales Engineer – Bearings” will be part of team to manage and grow our industrial bearings business. This candidate should be well-equipped with knowledge of bearings business and its technical aspects having strong communication and customer handling skills.

The key responsibilities include;

· Industrial sales to manufacturing industries.

· Management of existing customer base

· Identify and seek new customer business in the assigned territory / segments.

· Actively achieve periodic sales targets of the bearings business.

Requirements (Relevant candidates only):

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, DAE Mechanical, or other relevant technical qualifications.

· 2–3 years of proven experience in bearings sales (mandatory)

· Strong technical understanding of ball bearings, roller bearings, bearing applications, and industrial equipment

· Excellent customer dealing, communication, and negotiation skills

· Ability to work independently and manage industrial accounts

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional approach

· The candidate should have his own vehicle.
