Sales Engineer - Civil Construction Projects

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting project execution to ensure successful delivery.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil works, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil construction projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful projects
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and technical documents
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
• Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams for accurate project costing and execution
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
• Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects
• Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and project status reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Support collection of payments and follow up on outstanding invoices when required

Pay: BD450.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
