Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to construction sites and company offices to identify business opportunities
• Coordinate with project and management teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and services
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting products or service advantages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Identify new business prospects within the UAE construction sector
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory)
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong network and understanding of the UAE construction and contracting market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
