Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in Control Systems & Mechatronics, based in Heliopolis. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, sourcing appropriate solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery. Key tasks include providing technical support, creating and presenting solutions to clients, assisting with customer inquiries, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth. Regular collaboration with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution is a core part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, including building and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and developing technical solutions to meet customer needs in BMS and control systems.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client requirements and deliver top-notch assistance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer-facing activities efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Control Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and familiarity with control systems or mechatronics equipment is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a must
