Sales Engineer – Fire & Life Safety Systems

Adhoc Fire and Security System LLC is seeking a motivated and technically strong Sales Engineer with a minimum of 2-5 years of UAE experience to join our team.to support our Fire & Life Safety division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering compliant, cost-effective solutions for fire alarm, fire fighting, security, emergency lighting, and evacuation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire and security systems sector.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including system design and solution proposals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and competitor activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety or ELV systems sales

· Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Security Systems, Emergency Lighting, and Evacuation Systems

· Good understanding of NFPA codes and UAE Civil Defence requirements

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

· UAE driving license mandatory
