Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer – Fit-Out / Interior Construction to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the successful execution of interior fit-out and construction projects.

The candidate should possess strong technical and commercial knowledge in fit-out projects along with excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out and interior construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with estimation and technical teams.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project closures.
• Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or contracting sales.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction processes, and project coordination.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Valid Saudi Arabia or GCC Driving License is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within Riyadh and other regions as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects.
• Existing client network within the Saudi Arabia market.
• GCC market experience preferred.
