This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer - Furniture based in Heliopolis. The Sales Engineer will combine technical expertise with sales skills to cater to client needs, offer technical support, and provide tailored furniture solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, presenting suitable product recommendations, providing post-sales support, and maintaining robust client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
Business Development & Sales:

Research and identify potential clients and new opportunities in the interior woodwork market (e.g., hotels, resorts, residential compounds, luxury offices, private villas- jewelry shops).

Build and foster strong, lasting relationships with consultants, real estate developers, contracting companies, interior designers, and direct clients.

Accurately understand client requirements and provide customized solutions for interior woodwork, including doors, wall panels, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, built-in furniture, and decorative wooden elements.

Prepare and present technical and commercial offers and proposals to clients, negotiating contract terms to ensure sales targets and profitability are met.

Continuously follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Technical Support & Product Knowledge:

Explain the technical details of products and services related to woodwork, including wood types, finishes, accessories, and manufacturing processes.

Provide technical support to clients and answer their inquiries regarding design, materials, installation, and quality standards.

Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure the feasibility and constructability of proposed solutions, meeting technical and quality standards.

Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance the company's image and products.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, new opportunities, project status, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to offer tailored furniture solutions
