Execution of Customer coverage plan and schedules in the assigned territory.

· Develop own sales mechanisms to sell assigned products by utilizing available product information, specifications, user requirement, field condition, etc.

· Visit customer offices/ sites as per agreed schedules and report the outcome to line manager.

· Collect, organize and share with line manager information on projects, bids, orders, potential customers, competitors and any other market intelligence.

· Send quotations and negotiate. Purchase order handling as per procedure.

· Coordinate with other team members (within business line and Service) and provide support towards timely delivery.

· Ensure that terms and conditions are agreed, delivery/invoicing/payment details are available and required documentation is prepared.

· Keeping customer/order information up to date in CRM or other sales related ERP system.

· Coordinate for operator training and ensure that training is provided promptly after delivery of machines.
