Sales Engineer- HVAC

The Role
Key Responsibilities •Manage the complete sales process including estimation, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, order execution, and payment collection. •Provide technical guidance on HVAC system selection and implementation tailored to Oil & Gas sector requirements. •Achieve sales targets by developing strategies and executing business plans to expand market share. •Lead techno-commercial discussions, finalize projects, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. •Collaborate with factories and cross-functional departments to ensure on-time and efficient project delivery. •Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional after-sales support and service. •Participate in special assignments and projects as directed by management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. •In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and aftermarket solutions in Oil & Gas and Commercial industries. •Solid background in sales, business development, marketing, and negotiation. •Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into client-focused solutions. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills. •Strong problem-solving, organizational, and team collaboration abilities.
