We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – HVAC Spares | UAE

SKM Air Conditioning LLC is currently looking for a Sales Engineer – HVAC Spares to join our team in the UAE. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in HVAC sales, customer account handling, and spares management.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, generating new business, and supporting the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery and payment follow-up. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to all enquiries received from the various customers from designated territories and send them quotations in time
• Follow up with the customers to get orders for quotations
• Continuous efforts will be made to maintain potential customers to gain more business
• Prepare/process received enquiries from quotation to deliveries
• Negotiate and initiate to successfully close the orders with the clients
• Preparing project-based spares list in coordination with Sales team
• Coordinate with all the relevant departments in the company to accomplish the received orders
• Arrangement of proper documents for export sales (coordination with commercial, dispatch)
• Analyzing, monitoring spare parts movements for supply of regular orders
• Follow up with customers for their outstanding payments, ensure receipts
• Coordinate with finance department for credit facility up on request from potential customers
• Periodic market research on price and products required to maintain the customer
• Opening SKM accounts in new companies via vendor registration form
• Participating in sales meetings, designing sales strategies by sharing views and market information for achieving sales target
• Analyze SKM existing products and services and present recommendations and suggestions to the superiors for improvement and growth
• Maintain a good environment in the showroom
• Any other task related to his/her work or requested by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales or service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented
