Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for lifting inspection services.
- Promote inspection, testing, and certification services for lifting equipment (cranes, hoists, slings, lifting gears).
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Technical Support
- Provide technical advice on lifting equipment standards and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend solutions.
Client & Project Coordination
- Act as a liaison between clients and inspection engineers.
- Ensure timely scheduling of inspections and certifications.
- Follow up on service reports, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
- Handle client queries and provide after-sales support.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Identify new sectors or clients requiring lifting inspection services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales or inspection of lifting equipment/services.
- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safety standards.
- Experience in industries like construction, oil & gas, or industrial services is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
